Deceased husbands credit cards

My deceased husband had about three credit cards in HIS NAME ONLY. He died in an auto accident last month. Several collection agencies keep calling me and I am not on the acct. There is no estate to file probate. I am not responsible for his bills. By the way, he had an internet honey I had found out about in the last several months before he died!!!!! I'm not about to pay those cards... any advise on the collectors?
