By Feb 2004 Chase was offering me 50% off the original line. The others were at 40%. When they started sending me letters that it was going to be charged off, Chase was offering it at 75% off, the others took their original offers back. Hope this helps :) Chase out of all of them seemed to be the most understanding and wanting to help the most. We also had a $16500 balance with them and had that card the longest, so maybe that's why. They were also the last ones to charge it off, just did in June 2004, so they waited 8 months before doing so.
