As far as I know, Florida does not provide for freezing of accounts unless there is a large sum of money involved and fraud is suspected- Ex would be that unique gem that was taking people for millions of dollars- you may remember that. People were trying to give the crook money as the FBI dragged him away in handcuffs.

In your case, they have to allow due process to run before they can go after bank accounts. It is usually done with garnishment. That requires going to the court, paying a fee, paying the sheriff and then actually finding money in the account. They can only attach once per garnishment- it is not continuing - so you might want to change accouts or they will take it all and wage garnish as well.
