Seems like anything those scoundrels do to collect on that alleged account after they signed the green card is considered continued collection activity. These violations should be notated and complaints sent to the various factions dealing with these kinds of scoundrels. FTC, Attorney General etc. If they're unable to produce their Validation and Proof of Claim then their account should be reduced to zero and closed. If not then a letter should be sent to them with a 21 day deadline to produce the proof of claim and if they don't they will be in dishonor and can be sent a notorial protest based on that.
