I got a credit alert (Experian) that changes had been made to my credit report. It appears that Asset Acceptance, which is collecting for Diner's Club, filed a public record on 6/14/04.

The Date of last activity on the tradeline is 4/2000, I am in Georgia. This only appears on Experian and went on the report 7/5/04. Should I expect to be sued? I have lived in my house for 15 years so I hope they didn't use the file a judgement and send to an old address trick. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
