I owe Citibank 2,000 last payment was made sometime in 1998, it was transfered over to Capital one, I ran my credit report, THe report said it was charged off, I received a letter of summon from CA, suing me for this, I would like to settle to avoid garnishment or restraint my bank account, what should I do.
