I forgot to add that just a few months ago, RMA called and said THEY were the ones that bought out this acct. First they called saying they were First Select. Then they called saying they were RMA, that First Select no longer was handling the account, but the phone numbers I got were the same for RMA and First Select.

Anyway, the guy on the phone was very ugly and rude and I said I was recording the call. He hung up and I never heard from them again.

There is nothing in my CR listed by RMA or First Select, so I don't know what happened with all that.

How would I even go about finding who REALLY has this Associates acct??
