Make sure you send a Cease and Desist over to them and word it so they can only communicate with you in writing via U.S. Mail and that's only if they produce the validation/proof of claim for the alleged debt. Otherwise, they need not communicate with you at all and each attempt will be noted as a violation of the FDCPA.
