your not a fool. believe me, im a much bigger one, lol. what state are you in? be warned...they may sue ..and im not sure all this didnt reset a SOL if you signed something. if you stop paying..they are gonna scream bloody murder cause they got you to pay before. be prepared for verbal abuse worse than any you have ever seen. they wont be changing your CR ..they never do. i had to pay one CA some due to a house re-fi..my word, they almost had a tantrum when the next month no money was forthcoming. so be ready for it. threats...name calling..calls..letters...oh yeah, did i say threats? lol. good luck. its how the system is set up..few know their rights or understand any of it. we are all learning, hon. :) see from whychats site what your SOL is for your state, cause they sure may sue once you quit paying. and yes,,get rid of that account NOW., opt out also. his site tells ya how to do that also. welcome to our board!
