i respectfully disagree. that isnt what they use to sue anyone..and should they do sewer service , he may well have a judgement he has no clue about. that is a standard answer i use...be careful what one does within SOL, unless one knows it isnt yours. then show in court to prove it isnt. fraud alert on CRs...someone may be using his SSN. or it may be a legitimate mistake on the CRAs part. they file suit every day with no proof at all..counting on most to not show and they can obtain a default judgement. :) i have seen suits for 50$. to old, or disabled people. they file in batches with no clue who or why their suing them. IMHO***:)
