mine tried it too. he is still kicking somewhere that he doesnt have warrants for fraud out on him. i still say file charges. i did. sure stops them.! course he cant come back to texas now for awhile...ha ha. oh well . how sad for him. hmm, also..washington state..i know of those 2 at least. in my case..divorce papers didnt mean squat to the companies. well, i cant blame them..im sure a lot try the.."i didnt give permission "thing..
