This is just my 2 cents, but this sounds like bull. Look at the bottom, does it have the mini miranda anywhere? Who is the plaintiff? Call the courthouse. Make sure this is not a bogus threat. If this is real, and you do not show,they will get a default judgement. The judgement can be vacated with bankrupcy, but it will be extra work and extra fee for the attorney.
