probating wills? a must?

you have to probate a will...hmmm do you? if so, the creditors can make a request to be paid at it. not sure..but if no one argues it..dont probate it. lol. hopefully others will chime in here. not sure how the legal stuff is in your state on this one. my mom paid 500$ to probate my dads for absolutely no reason i can see at all. no one to argue it..no one showed at the meeting...waste of money. good luck. you might call and ask a lawyer about your state laws..most consults are free the first time.
