denied credit

I have just recently been denied credit and would have to pay a big deposit on a phone with contract for one year in order to get my deposit back. the question can I obtain a report from all three agency even if it has equifax and the number to call at the end of the letter. I just purchase a house and have no problem with my credit. Serious delinquency is what the letter is saying and I do not understand. could you please shed some insite on what to do. thank you
