Don't do like I did and arrange for payments prior to it going to court. Just when you think they are going to take payments vice file the judgment, they file the judgment anyway. This way they got you where they want you. Don't trust any of the scum out their collecting debts and this includes all the scumbag Attorney debt collectors. Deny knowledge of the debt and make them prove the account and the amount purported to be owed. If you don't do the no knowledge thing then they get away with a statement or copy of a check payment and they are granted their judgment based on the preponderance of the evidence.
