Ok, I went and got a copy of the default judgement. It states that my husband 'failed to file and answer within the time allowed by law'. The kicker is that he did file an answer on May 25th! I have a stamped copy from the county clerk's office. I alos have the CRRR (the green slip) that shows the lawyer received their copy on May 27th! So, what now?

Do we go back to the court house and explain there? Do we call the lawyer (yeah, that will help, hahah)? Do we just make copies of everything and mail it to the lawyer? Who do we need to go to to fix this mistake?

Help! Thanks!!!
