Very simple and easy. I am in Pa. I was under oath. Stated my name. Trustee asked me if the paper work filed was correct. In my case, since I filed using state exemptions and tenants by entirety applied, he asked me about my house. The value, who appraised it, who I owned it with. They will ask if you are involved in any litigation now. Actually, what they are looking for is "is there a possibility that you will be getting a lot of money from a law suit anytime soon". Doesn't take more than 10 minutes, if that. Non of my creditors showed up, and that is the norm. Far as I could tell, no creditors showed up for anybody. If a creditor does show up, he will not be allowed to abuse you because the trustee and your attorney will be present. My attorney told me not to reafirm anything. The trustee will also ask when was the last time you used a credit card. Your attorney probably already advised you not to use any credit cards. Well, I didn't have any, so that wasn't a problem for me!!
