My fiance had a credit card with chase and he was laid off for 3 months and was behind on his payments. Now he has a lawyers office who and not working with him. They keep being rude to him and hanging up with him when he is calling to try and work somethin out with them. They said they won't take payments and they don't deal with credit counsiling places. We are getting married in a month and obiviously we don't have the money that they are demanding. What can we do? We are willing to make payments to clear this up and we don't want to file for bankruptcy. Please help!!
