The complaint is signed by the Circuit Clerk in my county but there are several dates. The dates stated earlier and the clerk signed this on 6/22. I was served July 4th. The last time I paid BOA was I think April 2003. I was with Consumer Debt Relief Group and all they were doing was taking my money and none of it was going toward my debts. A letter was sent to them on July 14, 03 to cease communication. They continued the communication and I have the letters sent from Frederick Hanna aka scumbag. I just don't know what to do. Do not have the money for an Attorney but I don't want to lose my house.
