Remember me? I posted further down today about my husband's lawsuit. Well, we went to the court house and found out that not only did the judge not see the answers that were filed (within the time limit), she didn't even notice that the original return from the process surver was not in the file! So, technically, the court house has no way of knowing if my husband has even been served!!! Can you believe it! They messed up big time!
