I showed her an address on my credit report that wasn't mine or my husband's, ever, a list of all debts that are ours, noting the one's that matched our CR and the one's that didn't,(good and bad) and FDCPA sec 809, paragraph c. I also showed her a copy of an appeal:

Page 10 lists what is acceptable validation under USC 15 sub section 1692, aka FDCPA, and how it was interpreted and applied in that court of appeals, none of which she had in her possession.

Then there was my formal answer, which makes her know if they let this go to judgement, I will win and I will file suit against them for filing a frivous lawsuit.
