by law they must send you a letter in 5 business days from 1st call. in it they must tell you amount..who..etc and then if your sure this isnt yours..ask for validation CRRR. if its on your credit report..dispute as not mine. the calls hangin up are a auto dialer to see when to call and someone will answer. they WILL speak to you soon enuff..lol..i promise. dont expect any help from them. write them CRRR for validation if your sure it isnt you.
