Somehow I think the part that bothers me is that, to the average Joe who doesn't know what is going on with these outlaws actually think that they can haphazardly call you, intimidate you and send you bunch of written crap and expect you to give them your last dollar. Who in their right mind would send their hard earned money to someone they don't know, except from talking to them on the phone and receiving a funky little letter? It is absolutely absurd that the lawmakers in this country pass laws that allow the collection industry to conduct such illegal activity much less to issue them a license. Of course, most of the lawmakers are as big a crooks as the CA's.
