I've been dealing with W&A, and now a local attorney for them for a while now. I have an unexplicable feeling that they've already sued me, but I haven't recieved any notice, summons, or papers. Is there a way I can find out if they've filed something and I just haven't been informed? Does this happen often, or am I just being paranoid?

Do I simply call the court and ask if there's a case against me, or do I have to file a formal request? And what court? State? County? City? Do I just call the Clerk of Court?

Any and all help would be great.

Thanks.
