we haven't been sued but are recieving calls each day from a lawyer that is just starting to handle collections for a major credit card company. on monday and tues he left messages for me, the only signer on the account/original agreement. wednesday was the same but today, thursday, he seems to have tracked down my wife's parent's house and left a "looking for myself AND my wife" message.

isn't this illegal? oklahoma is non-community-property and my wife's name is not on the account in any form. i am completely avoiding the phone calls all together and have never spoken with them.

thanks for your advice....

best,
jim
