First Resolution and Missouri

Thank you for responding!! I don't know SOL date. I was hoping that by requesting info I might be able to find that out.
Couple of questions..
1. How do I show First Resolution is a foreign Company. On the petition it only refers to First Resolution Investments, not First Resolution Management and do I need to get something from the Stae of Washington to show they are a foreign corp?
2. How can I find out how much they paid for the account?
3. Do I have the right to demand a line item accounting of the amount they are requesting? I ask because the original credit limit was $200, but in the petition they are asking for over $2100 in principal, plus interest since 10/2000 (charge off date) and over $300 in attorney's fees. What documentation do I have the right to request and expect? Thanks, there's more but I can't think of it off hand....
