Clerk of WHICH court? State? County? City? Yes, I sent a Arbitration Refusal to the NAF when they
filed there. And I sent it to W&A as well. I also sent a
Validation Request to W&A. All was ignored, and a
NAF judgment was placed against me. Now a local
lawyer is trying to collect the sham award, and I'm just
tyring to find out if they've already filed a case.
