So keep it simple? Like I don't owe you because I it has already been paid and then the rest of the follow-up letter. SO basically except acknowledging that I received their letter, I should ignore the points in it and all the copies included? I guess it would be more intimidating and more useful rather than arguing or rehashing the subject over again.
