The foney award means nothing. They still have to sue and get a judgement in order to collect. You can be sued in either the state where you currently live or the state where you opened the account. Check with your local courthouse. PROTECT YOUR ASSETS NOW. Don't wait until they get a judgement (if they do sue you) There is a lot of psychology in debt collection. Most people think that once the creditor obtains an arbitration award they have no choice or legal recourse. NOT THE CASE. They can not deprive you of due process. What state are you in?
