I ed revceived a letter from a local law firm from Sherman Acquisitions for possible legal action. The letter is vague and to whether or not they will sue. The bottom of the letter is the standard mini-miranda. I am confused are they trying to be a law firm or a collection agency? I have no record of anything being turned over to Sherman, the letter does mention an account number or creditor name. I am sendin validation letter because I have no clue what this is about.
