Send the answer to the Court and the CA lawyer, ( I assume you HAVE been served)
Use this phrase in your SOL defense, "records indicate that the accrual date of the cause of action of the alleged account was prior to 01/1999.

It is pointless to bring in anything else as an affirmative defense. You can, however in your answer, besides saying that you neither affirm or deny their claims, state you have no knowledge of their standing in the Missouri Court to present this claim, as there is no record of their being authorized to do so, since they appear to be a Foreign Canadian Corp. with an office in the State of Washington.
