Ok, so if you go to court, do you get stuck having to pay the interest? if you show it was added later?

I'm keeping all my 'pay now letters'lol, that will also show the balance differences.

Next time Encore calls..I'm going to call them back and say "Thank you for calling the automated sex audio. Please hold while we play your selection." and play the file. LOL..pisses me off when they call during the baby's nap time and wakes her up.
