Well-- any good consumer lawyer will take your case on contingency-- let's see- violations of the FDCPA, even though they are not a "3rd party" collection agency, OC's do have liability under the FDCPA for fraudulent and decetive practices.

Violations of Federal and State Banking laws, Unfair Business Practices laws, criminal fraudulent extortion-- probably some more that a good lawyer would find.
