that is too cool. i love it. yes..depends on what the judge orders to pay/. make them show how it was arrived at..but pretty much..i think they do what they want. i ended up owing 1000 on a 200 bill, so far. that isnt even the 29.99%. lord knows what it is now. it was 3,000 to start with and last i heard was about 6 or 7.
