Wow thanks for the answer. So let me get this straight...I need to ask for a 1099? I have another card that Solidium was handling for me...and they had actually gotten settlement terms out of Direct Merchants Bank (mastercard) Well, since Solidium bailed, I was able to keep neogations going with Direct Merchants. But nobody has said anything about a 1099. What is that, and when should I ask for it? ect.ect...thanks.
