Report your card number lost/stolen. The CA will almost certainly try to charge it again. Also dispute the charge in writing (and also by phone) with your credit card company. You did not get what you were told you were paying for, therefore the charge must be reversed.

If it is SOL in your state, send the CA a SOL letter. If they call, do not talk to them. Telling them you are taping the conversation (even better if you actually are) tends to make them shut up and hang up quickly.
