I have received a Statement Of Claim (Complaint) from Bank of America FDBA Nationsbank of Delaware concerning a credit card debt with Bank of America. I have not heard anything from anyone on this account for about 7 months. It has been charged off. I live in Alabama. Was not given a chance to ask for validation. Any advice.
