Can't foreclose on a house you don't own and don't have a mortgage on. It's about as frivolous as you can get. Definitely they've made an idle threat that is a violation of the FDCPA.

Ignore them, or let them file suit so you have something to show for damages. Then get yourself a good NACA lawyer. A mere violation without damages is probably not worth the time or effort.
