Need info on paid settlement and credit report!

We paid settle amount to a collection agency and i got an updated credit report today and the original creditor is still reporting the account as a charge off and says an amount owed which is the difference betweent the settlement amount and the orig amount. I have all the paperwork with the agreement to accept X amount of dollars a settlement in full, ih ave a copy of the check sent, and a copy of the letter from the collector saying our account with them is satisfied. Do i dispute this to the credit report agency the orig creditor who is reporting it or both? and most importantly can they come after me for the balance when they agreed to the other amount? thanks
