"Holmes" is quite correct, however, the key is to demand proof of the right to sue-- which means proof of the ownership or assignment to the "First Resolution" entity that has filed the suit of the account that is being claimed.

The TRUE parties in interest must be named in a lawsuit,and with all their money laundering tricks they have, as far as I know, kept the OWNERSHIP of the accounts in BC as it is easier to move the $$ overseas from there.
