I got a letter from their attorneys today after I had sent a DV letter to Midland, their attorneys and the court (my trial is supposed to be 7/13). All it said was that they would contact Midland about getting verification to me. (though my letter clearly stated VALIDATION) As I posted today in another thread, I would assume my court date will at least be changed because my notice from the court said the judge will only hear the case that date if there is no dispute, well--I disputed loud and clear. I am worried of course, what I want is to not go to court at all, but if I have to go, I have the Spears v. Brennan IN court of appeals case (I am from IN) in my arsenal, and i can only pray they have the usual lame verification that everyone talks about. The Spears case is a beauty, it talks about validation and that it must include account history and all the stuff we always talk about on these boards.

I could use everyone's prayers. Thanks!
