listed. I challenge their standing, requiring
them to prove that they in fact own this account
instead of First Management. If they can't prove
that ownership then they are not a party in
interest correct? Also, if First Management is
registered as a foreign Corp in MO, why didn't
they name that entity in the suit? Is their
anything I can use here other than what you have
already told
