Yes we need to know the answer to this question as I have the same pending problem. I know we all hate CA's and such , but when you have a lawsuit in your face and you dont want a judgement to be on your report (you might as well have a BK), what is the ABSOLUTE BEST ACTION to take when settling with a CA. And again how will others who view your credit report know that the debt was settled with the CA if when settling with them you get them to delete the TL.
