Need help with ASS Acceptance account.......WhyChat or others, help please?

Hi all, and maybe WhyChat. I am a WA resident and currently being sued by ASS Acceptance for a Providian account they say they bought. This acct is past SOL, and I did name that in my answer.
The only evidence ASS Acceptance provides is: an old credit card bill indicating a late fee....AND a notarized statement from AAC's "outsourcing supervisor" stating that I owe the debt. I believe this supervisor statement is common as many people have mentioned it in here b4.
My ? for trial is; are these 2 pieces of evidence even admissable? if not, WHY? is there some type of: rule of evidence,case history, court rule, etc that prohibits these type of statements if I object? Welcoming ALL responses on this one. Thanks all :-)
