I was kicked by MBNA a year ago. They are the Darth Vadar of collection agencies and debt collection lawyers. The letter I just received was from a local firm who got the account from Sherman Acqusitions. I have no record of this account or a letter from Sherman saying they had any of my accounts. I sent a validation letter CRRR, I hope that was not a big mistake.
