Im confused now........The check was made out to the OC.....they show the payment on the credit report.
I had to pay because it was going to be a judgement.......i didnt want to be stuck for more money......unfortuneately i didnt know then what i know now.
but i was being sued they got a default judgement on me.......but it was dismissed with prejudice once the obligation was settled and on the paperwork it has the OC listed as the plaintiff that we settled the obligation with.
