Hello,
I did the opt out about a month ago. I have an account that is not past sol and I want to settle it and move on. It is with a collection agency that I've been paying for over a year. My question is since I've already opt out will they still be able to sell the difference to another collector? Didn't know if it works like that or from a garbage collector that checks my credit report. Thanks. Renee
