sherman acquisitions

Hello,
I've been paying Sherman Acquisitions. This is because of an old Discover card account. Still within sol. I just heard that they are not licensed to collect in the state of Texas. I did call the Attorney General's office to confirm this They do have a partnership with Alegis Group Lp. but they're not on my credit report, Sherman is. I'm not a happy person right now. I just called Sherman and they kept transferring me to someone else. I found email addresses for two Sherman executives. I wrote to them and demanded that they delete their tradelines from my credit reports. I also stated some violations. They called my place of employment and discussed my debt with my boss. I have asked them over and over not to call my work but they do anyway. Anyone had any luck getting rid of Sherman or getting them to delete their tradelines? Thanks!
