hi fellow texans :)..exactly what JK said. if your a auth user only..you are not responsible. they dont give a rats behind about your dad or you. ignore them..suin a disabled man in a rest home will look great on them. SOL here is 4 years..if he is sued show up with drs papers on his condition. dont pay em..dont even try to talk to them..its pointless. i wish you luck and im sorry about your dad..bless him. who owns your house? i assume..your mom? maybe? has transferred everything into her name...so medicaid will pay for this. take his name off any banking accounts. i assume this was already done, tho, with him in the rest home. dont worry him or you over this. if you want..send a letter CRRR saying he is disabled now..and has no income. and forget it. if you talk to them, they will harass you totally. dont allow it.
