What State are you in?
What State and in what County was the judgment filed?
What County is the property in?

DO NOT contact Asset FOR ANY REASON!!

The judgment, if it was actually entered against you, would have to be REFILED ( a certified copy)IN THE COUNTY WHERE THE PROPERTY IS. to be able to be a lien against any real estate.

Plus, you may be in a State with a very short SOL for judgments, and would find that it is NOT enforceable now, (or will soon be unenforceable).

PLUS, some States, like Fl. have changed their lien laws, so that any judgment that was filed several years ago is no longer enforceable for anything.
